India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Mars Industrial Design (P) Ltd., a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 22, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 34 C R Avenue, Jabakusum House, Ground Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012, held CoR No. B.05.05424, which was originally granted on September 18, 2003.
