India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Lifetime Financial Services Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 22, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at C/O Suman Bhattacharya, 19/2 Sahapur Road, 2nd Floor, New Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700053, held CoR No. B.05.04595, which was originally granted on October 12, 2001.
