India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Kotriwal Commercial (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at Lchapur, Uttar Pachim Para, Satragachi P.S. Jagacha, Howrah, West Bengal 711104, held CoR No. B.05.04781, which was originally granted on October 03, 2003.
