India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of KDS Micro Credit Services Pvt Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at Aurobindo Pally, Naopara P.O. Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700124, held CoR No. B.05.04249, which was originally granted on June 04, 2009.
