India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Kaushal Vanijya Pvt Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 20, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 10, Deodar Street, 2nd Floor, Flat No.2, Kolkata, West Bengal 700019, held CoR No. N.05.06696, which was originally granted on July 12, 2007. The registration remained valid for approximately 19 years before the RBI decided to revoke it.With the cancellation of its registration, Kaushal Vanijya Pvt Ltd is no longer permitted to transact the business of a Non-Bank...
