India, June 11 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Karnimata Commerce (P) Ltd, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 19, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 9/12, Lal Bazar Street, Block-A, 1st Floor, Room No.16, Kolkata, West Bengal 700001, held CoR No. B.05.04909, which was originally granted on March 05, 2003.
