India, June 11 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Kalyani Synthetics Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 19, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at BL-A2-FR-FL-201, B1-90/A/1, New Budge Budge Trunk, Kolkata, West Bengal 700137, held CoR No. B.05.06891, which was originally granted on October 02, 2011.
