India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Jupiter Finvest Private Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 22, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 145 Rash Behari Avenue, Gariahat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029, held CoR No. B.05.00520, which was originally granted on April 24, 2007.
