India, June 11 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of ETL Infrastructure Finance Limited (Formerly, Esskay Telecom Ltd), a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in West Bengal, with effect from May 05, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at Room No-909, 9th Floor, C R Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal 700012, held CoR No. B-05.06745, which was originally granted on March 13, 2008.
