India, June 12 -- The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of Citiwide Financial Services Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered in Telangana, with effect from May 26, 2026. The cancellation order was issued in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45-IA(6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.The company, headquartered at 207, Diamond Towers, S D Road, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003, held CoR No. 09.00077, which was originally granted on March 11, 1998.
