RBI Cancels CoR of Guru Kirpa Finvest Limited as Company Exits NBFI Business

India, May 15 -- The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-05.06931) of Guru Kirpa Finvest Limited, registered at 96/A C.R. Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal, India - 700012. The CoR, originally issued on May 21, 2012, was cancelled on April 06, 2026 after the company surrendered its registration. The cancellation was necessitated due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.With this cancellation, Guru Kirpa Finvest Limited is no longer authorised to carry on the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution as defined under Section 45-I(a) of the RBI Act, 1934.
