India, July 16 -- Wadia Investments Limited, having its registered office at Neville House Graham Roadballard Estate,Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400001, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 13.00324, issued on March 11, 1998) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
