RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Victoria Trade And Finance Ltd

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-05.07092, issued on December 14, 2020) of Victoria Trade And Finance Ltd, having its registered office at Ps Aviator,Unit No-303 3rd Floor, Atghora, Rajarhat Road, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India,700136. The cancellation order was passed on June 15, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
