RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Vandita Investments Pvt Ltd

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.03289, issued on March 12, 1999) of Vandita Investments Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at Kamala Apartment, 10, Hari Sava Math,Groundfloor, Northern Park, Brahmapur, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700070. The cancellation order was passed on June 29, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
