RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Udaipuria Commercial Pvt Ltd

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.05057, issued on April 25, 2003) of Udaipuria Commercial Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 19, R. N. Mukherjee Road,Eastern Building 2Ndfloor, Room No.211, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700001. The cancellation order was passed on June 29, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
