India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. 05.02019, issued on February 05, 1998) of Twadanya Credit Capital Pvt.Ltd, having its registered office at Vasundhara, 2/7, Sarat Bose Road, 5th Floor, Roomno- 2, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700020. The cancellation order was passed on June 15, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
