RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Swift Fabrics Private Limited (also known as Suift Dealers Pvt. Ltd.)

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.05107, issued on May 30, 2003) of Swift Fabrics Private Limited (also known as Suift Dealers Pvt. Ltd.), having its registered office at 2nd Floor, Corporate Building, Bombay Market, Umarwada, Surat, Gujarat, India, 395010. The cancellation order was passed on June 08, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
