India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.00209, issued on February 20, 1998) of Suparshwa Distributors Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 21A, Shakespeare Sarani 2nd Floor, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700017. The cancellation order was passed on June 08, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
