India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.04459, issued on October 3, 2001) of Solar Mercantiles Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at Plot No 20, First Floor Arihant Nagar Eastern Western Side, Punjabi Bagh, North East, Delhi, Delhi, India, 110063. The cancellation order was passed on June 10, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
