India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.01314, issued on March 30, 1998) of Simpro Vanijya Ltd, having its registered office at Premises No. 15, Crooked Lane, 1st Floor, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700069. The cancellation order was passed on June 10, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
