Ltd., having its registered office at 216 A J C BOSE ROAD3RD FLOOR SHAKESPEAR SARANI, KOLKATA, West Bengal, India, 700027, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B05.03524, issued on February 05, 2003) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company's exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
