India, Oct. 9 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of Shreyans Vyapaar (P) Ltd by its order dated September 21, 2026.The company's registered office is at Unit No. 202, 2nd Floor, Terminus, Plot No. BG-12, Action Area 1B, New Town, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700156. Its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.00303) was issued on February 21, 1998. As per MCA, the company is also listed as SHREYANS VYAPAAR PRIVATE LIMITED.As such, Shreyans Vyapaar (P) Ltd shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
