India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.02055, issued on April 5, 1998) of Shardaraj Tradefin Ltd, having its registered office at 1 Crooked Lane 1st Floor, Room No 109, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700069. The cancellation order was passed on June 09, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
