India, July 16 -- Sethia Chemicals Private Limited, having its registered office at 134/4 Mahatma Gandhi Road, 5th Floor Room No 501, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700007, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.03623, issued on November 25, 2003) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
