India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.04797, issued on March 07, 2003) of Satyam Securities & Finance Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 7A Bentinck Street 2nd Floor P S Hare Street, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700001. The cancellation order was passed on June 10, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
