India, July 16 -- Sarthak Trades Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at 19, Armenian Street, 3rd Floor, Room No. - 407, Kolkata, West Bengal 700001, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.03642, issued on January 20, 2003) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company's exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
