RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Sarada Melcast Private Limited (also known as PCN Investment Pvt Ltd)

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.00416, issued on February 27, 1998) of Sarada Melcast Private Limited (also known as PCN Investment Pvt Ltd), having its registered office at 18/1 Maharishi Debendra Road 6th Floor, Room No. 101, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700007. The cancellation order was passed on June 29, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
