RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Sanchi Commercial Pvt Ltd

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.04166, issued on April 15, 2001) of Sanchi Commercial Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 133 Canning Street3rd Floor No 12 Burrabazar, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700001. The cancellation order was passed on June 10, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
