India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.06767, issued on July 15, 2008) of Sai Kanaka Mahalakshmi Finance Private Limited, having its registered office at V-122/A/1, V-122/A/3, V-122/A/4, S.A.Farooque Road Quality Haat, Room No. 204, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700018. The cancellation order was passed on June 15, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
