India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.05102, issued on March 06, 2003) of Raghav Industries Limited, having its registered office at Dream Palace Old Jessore Road, Doltala, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700132. The cancellation order was passed on June 15, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
