RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Pee Dee Financial Services Limited

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-05.07011, issued on March 20, 2015) of Pee Dee Financial Services Limited, having its registered office at Suite No.302A 113, Park Street, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700016. The cancellation order was passed on June 29, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
