India, July 16 -- PCI Marketing Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at II Floor, Block B, Niton, No 11/3, Palace Road, Bangalore North 560001, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-02.00262, issued on October 17, 2014) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
