India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-13.01377, issued on September 18, 2000) of Pankti Credit Capital Private Limited, having its registered office at 4101 B Wing Imperial Heights Best Ngr, Goregaon (West), Oshiwara Depot, Mumbai City, Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400104. The cancellation order was passed on June 05, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
