India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.06997, issued on November 20, 2014) of Ojasvi Motor Finance Private Limited, having its registered office at 6/13, North Avenue Kesava Perumal Puram, Chennai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, 600028. The cancellation order was passed on June 24, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
