India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.03379, issued on November 21, 2000) of Nigolice Trading Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 23A, Netaji Subhas Road, 1st Floor, Room No. 8, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700001. The cancellation order was passed on June 17, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
