RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Nakodar Finance Private Limited

India, Oct. 9 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of Nakodar Finance Private Limited by its order dated September 7, 2026.The company's registered office is at 8th Floor, SKCL Tech Square, Plot No.SP14, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600032. Its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-13.02246) was issued on May 25, 2018.As such, Nakodar Finance Private Limited shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
