India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.04716, issued on December 05, 2001) of Misa Finvest Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 20, Light Ndustrial Area, Durg, Bhilai, Chattisgarh, India, 490026. The cancellation order was passed on June 09, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
