India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.02784, issued on August 14, 1998) of Minimax Mercantiles Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 9B Golf Tower 9 Prince Gulam Mohamad Shah Road, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700095. The cancellation order was passed on June 09, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
