India, July 16 -- Mars Viniyog Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at 302, Eden Park, 20, Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore Bazaar, Bangalore North - 560 001, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. N-02.00382, issued on November 28, 2025) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company's exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
