RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Delta Capital Market Ltd.

India, Oct. 9 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of Delta Capital Market Ltd. by its order dated September 21, 2026.The company's registered office is at 34A, MetCafe Street, Jain Centre, 4th Floor, Suite No. 4E, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700027. Its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.02033) was issued on April 5, 1998.As such, Delta Capital Market Ltd. shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
