India, July 16 -- Combine Holding Limited, having its registered office at 77A, Block-B, Greater Kailash-I, South Delhi New Delhi, Delhi -110048, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-14.00219, issued on March 04, 1998) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company's exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business. The cancellation order was passed on June 19, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934. ...
