India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. N-13.01348, issued on June 29, 2000) of Classic Infin Limited, having its registered office at Radha Bhuvan 121 First Floor, Nagindas Master Rd, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400023. The cancellation order was passed on June 18, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
