India, July 16 -- Chatha Financial Services Private Limited, having its registered office at 273, Ist Floor, Mota Singh Nagar Jalandhar, Jalandhar, Jalandhar, Punjab - 144001, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-06.00116, issued on July 08, 2020) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
