RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Blue Mount Exports Pvt Ltd.

India, Oct. 9 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of Blue Mount Exports Pvt Ltd. by its order dated September 21, 2026.The company's registered office is at C/O, Kandoi Transport, Silver Spring, Block - 9, Flat - 5C, 5, JBS Halden Ave, Nue, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700105. Its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.01083) was issued on March 20, 1998.As such, Blue Mount Exports Pvt Ltd. shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
