India, July 16 -- Bikanna Commercial Co Private Limited, having its registered office at II Floor, Block B, Niton, No 11/3, Palace Road, Bangalore - 560 001, has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B-02.00257, issued on May 18, 2022) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has therefore cancelled the company's CoR, following the company ceasing to be a legal entity due to amalgamation, merger, dissolution, or voluntary strike-off.
