India, Oct. 9 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of Bhumika Fiscal Services Private Limited by its order dated September 15, 2026.The company's registered office is at N.S. Road, Jalpaiguri, Jaigaon, West Bengal, 736182. Its Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.06890) was issued on February 10, 2011.As such, Bhumika Fiscal Services Private Limited shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
