India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.01459, issued on August 06, 1998) of Bhillai Properties Investments Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at 106A Shyam Bazar Street, Kolkata, Kolkata, Westbengal, India, 700005. The cancellation order was passed on June 15, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
