RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Amar Impex Private Limited (also known as Shubham Impex Private Limited)

India, July 16 -- The Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR No. B.05.03800, issued on October 21, 2013) of Amar Impex Private Limited (also known as Shubham Impex Private Limited), having its registered office at 45 Shakespeare Sarani, 5th Floor, Kolkata, West Bengal, India, 700017. The cancellation order was passed on June 10, 2026.As such, the company shall not transact the business of a Non-Banking Financial Institution, as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934.
