United States, March 26 -- Raytheon Co., is being awarded a $773,500,000 noncompetitive contract modification (P00031) to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity radar development contract (HQ0147-18-D-0002). The total ceiling value of this contract is increased from $1,472,000,000 to $2,246,000,000 and the ordering period is extended from Oct. 30, 2027, to Oct. 31, 2030. Under this modification, the contractor will provide research and development support for the Army Navy Transportable Radar Surveillance Control Model-2 (AN/TPY-2) Radar. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0147-18-D-0002).
