Rajlakmi Vanijya Pvt Ltd surrenders Certificate of Registration to RBI on exit from NBFI business

India, Oct. 9 -- Rajlakmi Vanijya Pvt Ltd has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 7, 2026.The company's registered office is at Dhirepara, Amtola, Ujjal Nagar Prabhat Boro Path, Fatasil, Ambari, Kamrup, Guwahati, Assam, 781025. Its CoR No. is B.05.04242, issued on July 19, 2001.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
